Download to a Computer<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>

[1] Using the download link you were provided, get to the Google Drive download area.<\/p>

[2] Once you have Google Drive open, you will see the title of your collection at the top and then a DOWN arrow next to that. Click the down arrow and then click “Download” from the menu that appears. Please do this from your computer.<\/p>

NOTE:<\/strong> Sometimes Google drive gives you a pop-up Window saying “Leave Site? Changes you made may not be saved.<\/em>” Do NOT click “cancel<\/em>” > please make sure to click “Leave<\/em>” (yea it’s counter-intuitive \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>

iPad or iPhone<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>

NOTE:<\/strong> This tutorial is designed to show you how to download books onto your iPad\/iPhone and then to read them through iBooks. If you want to read your books through a Kindle app on an iPad or iPhone, you will first need to download them to a computer and then “send them to Kindle” (see Kindle instructions below)<\/span><\/p>

Step #1: to Download\/Save<\/b><\/p>

The easiest way to download your collection to an iPad\/iPhone is by getting the FREE Google Drive app from the iTunes store here:<\/div>

Once you have the Google Drive app, visit the download link we gave you for your collection.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Your iPhone\/iPad should ask if you want to Open in “Drive” – click Open<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
When Drive opens, clicks the 3 dots (…) next to the Book folder(s). From the menu that appears, click “Add to Drive.” Your books will now be added to your own Google Drive meaning you can now access them whenever you want.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Step #2: to Read in iBooks\u00a0<\/b><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Open your iDrive App on your iPad\/iPhone<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Locate the folder(s) of books in iDrive you saved in Step #1 above<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Open and Click through the folders – make sure you open the books from the EPUB format folder<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Once you find a book you want to read in the ePub format click its title.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
It’s possible iDrive will report “Unsupported file type” but this is a Drive mistake. Click on the 3 dots (…) next to the title and from the menu that appears, select “Open in”<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Then from the options presented select “Copy to Books” – give iBooks a few moments and the book should then open\/save into iBooks<\/div>

Kindle & Kindle Apps<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
As Amazon is in the business of selling books they don’t allow their customers to download books directly from other sites to their devices or apps. However, it is still fast and easy to get books into a Kindle device or Kindle App…<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Step #1: Download your collection to a computer<\/b><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
You’ll first need to download the collection to a computer. Please visit the download link we sent you and download the KINDLE (.MOBI) format folder or individual books to a computer (PC or Mac; both work).<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Step #2: to Send to your Kindle or Kindle App there are 3 options:<\/b><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Option 1 (Best for Kindle Apps)<\/b>: use Amazon’s “Send to Kindle<\/u>” systems found here: https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/sendtokindle<\/a><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
Option 2: <\/b>email <\/u>the books to your Kindle:https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/sendtokindle\/email<\/a><\/div>

Option 3 (Best for Kindle Devices)<\/b>: USB Cable Transfer. If you have an actual Kindle device,\u00a0 our recommended method is to connect your Kindle to your computer via a USB cable and copy over all the books at once. So…<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
1. Hook up your Kindle to your computer using a USB cable.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
2. Once you’ve done that, your Kindle should appear on your computer as an external drive (for example similarly as to when you plug a USB thumb drive in your computer). Navigate there and open the “Kindle” folder in a NEW window (right-click to see that option). You should see one of the sub-folders inside there is called “Documents” – open that.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
FIRE devices only: instead of the “Documents” folder, use the “Books” folder<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
3. Now open another (new)\u00a0file<\/span>\u00a0explorer<\/span> window. Find the books you downloaded onto your computer. Open the Kindle formatted books folder from the books you saved<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
4. Now drag and drop (or copy\/paste) the Kindle-formatted books you downloaded from that folder on your computer, to the “Documents” folder (or for FIRE devices, the “Books” folder) in your Kindle<\/div><\/div>

5. Eject your Kindle and you should be set.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
